Shareware This Java puzzle is distributed as shareware. If you like it, please send US $5 to the address below. In return you will get a code which will give you access to all solutions in the pop-up menu. There is another way to get a code: you just have to find one of the non-trivial solutions described in BackSlide: the Twist. If that happens, a little window will pop up telling you a code. Please make a note of that code for future reference. Of course, we'd appreciate the bucks even if you get the code by yourself ;-) The code must be entered in the file BackSlide.html. My apologies beforehand for this clumsy procedure, but I have not figured out a more elegant way (yet). Download BackSlide You can download a package containing the necessary files to play BackSlide off-line.

Entering the code You cannot enter the code with the on-line version of BackSlide. It is only possible if you have the BackSlide package on your hard disk. If you found it on a CD-ROM, you must first copy the complete BackSlide folder to your hard disk before you can change anything. You will need an editor like SimpleText (on a Mac) or Notepad (on Windows 95) to enter the code:
