| Qascade was found in October 2020 while thinking about the 'twist' mechanism that had just been implemented in Eric Silverman's Permute. I translated it to the hexgrid and kept the same goal, but I let the 'one-bound, one-free' opening protocol regulate balance, an even distribution and termination.
